Returns

 

Knirps products that were purchased on this Website can be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as the products are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

 

In order to return a product, you must first contact Knirps US Customer Service by either calling 1-866-461-2611 from 8am-5pm PST or emailing customerservice@Knirps-US.com to obtain a Return Reference Number and the address where the product is to be shipped. We will then provide a Return Reference Number and a prepaid UPS label by fax or email that is to be used to ship the product back.

 

Product shipped to Knirps US without a Return Reference Number will be sent back to the sender unopened at the sender’s expense.

 

If a product is being returned to Knirps US due to a manufacturing defect (see 2-Year Guarantee policy), once the returned product has been inspected and approved by Knirps US, the amount of the purchase price will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product; refunds can only be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product. Refunds can also be applied toward a replacement product.

 

If a product is being returned for any other reason, once the returned product has been inspected and approved by Knirps US, the amount of the purchase price, excluding any expedited shipping fees that may have been incurred by the Purchaser at the time of purchase, plus a $10 restocking fee, will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product; refunds can only be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the product
